In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs, settlement rules follow the official match result as declared by the governing body.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; the bet was accepted in clear error (for example, at an obviously incorrect price); or the outcome cannot be determined from the official result source pr8888 uses. Voided bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake amount.
pr8888 applies maximum single-bet and daily payout limits. These limits vary by sport, market type and bet size and are displayed in the bet slip before you confirm your wager. In the event of a clear technical error — including mispriced odds, incorrect market outcomes displayed in-platform or system malfunctions that affect bet placement — pr8888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. pr8888 will not honour winnings generated as a direct result of a technical error once the error has been identified and confirmed.
To the fullest extent permitted, pr8888's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim. pr8888 is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or reputational harm arising from use of the platform.
